2011 was our most successful season yet and we plan on this season to be even bigger. The market has an average of 60 plus vendors on Saturday and 25 plus venors on Sunday. Market customers have lots of variety to choose from including heirloom tomatoes, fruits and vegetables that are rarely, if ever, available from the grocery store.

We also have lots of the staples such as potatoes, onions, tomatoes, squash, beans, amazing cut flower arrangements, local honey, herbal soaps, whole grain breads, fudge pies, jelly, jam and preserves. And for the dog lovers, All Natural and Organic dog biscuits.

Customers can also take home many live garden, yard and culinary herb plants, not to mention fresh squeezed lemonade.The Marietta Square Farmers Market will again be located on the Historic Marietta Square, taking up residence on North Park Square, between Shillings Restaurant and The Strand Theater.

(Rain or shine, sleet or snow! No refunds due to weather!) 5K - 8:00AM, 1K - 8:45AM. Tot Trot - 9:00AM.

Where: Start and finish on the square in downtown Marietta. Cost: $25.00 preregistered by Monday, 2/6/12. $30.00 after 2/6/12 and on race day. $15.00 for Tot Trot Shoe Drive: We are teaming up with Shoes for the Cure for a shoe drive. ALL shoes are welcome- not just running shoes. There will be bins for drop off available.
